Virtual Workshop: Authenticity in PBL

Keeping it real can be a definite challenge in any subject. Not every project you design will solve a real world problem and be useable by real people the day after students hand it in. That said, authenticity plays a key role in student motivation and engagement, in their ability to find personal relevance and for learning to be memorable. So, how can we, as teachers, engage with community partners, recruit content experts, and enlist authentic audiences while juggling a teaching load and life itself?

Join us to discuss how we can keep it real in our next Virtual Workshop: Authenticity in PBL.
